T’ai Chi Chih
Experience joy through movement as we practice simple, fluid movements in the non-martial art of T’ai Chi Chih, a moving meditation. Some reported benefits include stress reduction and increased energy.
This program is for individuals of all ages and fitness levels and incorporates a variety of progressive exercises using resistance bands and floor exercises. Benefits include improved muscular strength and tone, endurance, and flexibility as well as increased energy, stress reduction, and an overall sense of well-being.

Yoga, Breathe, and Balance
Learn benefits of breath work for cleansing, detoxifying, strengthening, purifying, toning, and refreshing. All exercises may be done on the floor or on a chair.Combine breath work with traditional yoga poses for peace of mind and increased flexibility.
Restorative Yoga with Guided Meditation
With support of blankets and other props, rest in poses that gently stretch the body, helping to calm the nervous system and foster the body’s own abilities to heal itself. The addition of breath awareness and guided meditation support a deep level of relaxation, letting go, and connection with self. Options offered so that all can access and feel comfortable in the poses.
Quilting [not currently offered during virtual programming]
Join others whose lives are affected by cancer who share a common interest in the art of hand piecing and quilting! Meet for friendship, relaxation, conversation and to make quilted projects donated back to CSCCNJ and partners.
Reiki [not currently offered during virtual programming]
A spiritual healing energy, Reiki is a gentle process that enhances mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Singing Bowls [not currently offered during virtual programming]
Tap into your healing capabilities and allow the vibrations of the Tibetan Singing Bowls to heal, soothe, and nurture your soul. Tea and cookies are provided. Participants are welcome to bring a blanket for warmth.
